Balcony systems
Our BalVArio balcony systems mainly consist of eight special aluminium extrusion profiles which can be joined in various ways using a patented joining technology from zinc diecasting components. In this manner it is possible to create numerous systems from our system:
- single or multi-level balconies retrofitted to the building
- balconcy railings
- terrace railing systems as universal fall protection
- car ports
- canopies
- roof covers for paths and access areas
- building constructions, such as base frame for extensions like conservatories and other extensions
- multi-level exhibition stands
- gallery installations in residential, commercial and exhibition areas
Our BalVario balcony system has the following advantages compared to common balconies on the market:
The BalVario balcony system permits subsequent modifications (e.g. level height / railing height) and easy installation.
The following can be implemented retrospectively:
- screens
- flower baskets, climbing plant supports
- add-on tables, storage areas, shelves
- railings in numerous versions for all purposes (where applicable, also with child locks which can be removed again at a later date without difficulty and without traces)
- protection against driving rain, wind and weather
Exact quantity survey is not required.
Subsequent customer wishes (extensions) can be carried out with ease.
No qualified specialist personnel required.
The installer (tradesman / private individual) can arrive at the site with the raw materials and construct the whole system without prior planning.
With its versatility and ease of installation, our balcony system is suitable for a multitude of trade enterprises without know-how in balcony construction and - for single and dual occupancy houses - even for private individuals. Single or dual occupancy houses can be equipped with our balcony system as DIY without design calculation checks or inspection by an expert. Together with our balcony system we supply verifiable static calculations meeting all the requirements of planning authorities.
Our balcony system can be supplied as a completely pre-assembled kit.
