Assembly fixtures for external thermal insulation composite systems
Honeycomb rondel from weatherproof polypropylene for attaching roller blind guide rails, signs, house numbers etc. High impact resistance, low weight, high intrinsic stability, etc. characterise these products. The elements to be affixed are attached directly in the honeycomb rondel using screws or nails.
Fixture tubes with diameters of 90 mm and 125 mm and lengths of 60 mm to 300 mm are made from weatherproof and flame-resistant EPS hard foam. Fixture tubes are used for the direct attachment of pipe clamps, clothes hangers, lamps etc. or serve as pressure bearing for the attachment of heavy elements directly to the brick substrate.

Fixture tubes with aluminium inset are attached directly to the brick substrate using approved plugs and screws. Fixture tubes with aluminium inset are used for the attachment of heavy elements, e.g. hand rails, door frames, French balconies etc. An M8 thread is cut into the aluminium plate and the elements to be affixed are attached directly to the aluminium plate using an M8 screw.
Mounting plates with dimensions of 200 x 200 mm and thicknesses from 60 mm to 300 mm are made from weatherproof and flame-resistant EPS hard foam. Mounting plates are used as pressure bearing for the attachment of heavy larger elements, e.g. canopies, awnings etc. directly into the brick substrate.
Multifunctional mounting plates with aluminium inset with dimensions of 220 x 120 mm and thickness from 60 mm to 300 mm are made from weatherproof and flame-resistant EPS hard foam and an aluminium plate with a wall thickness of 8 mm. Multifunctional mounting plates with aluminium inset are attached directly to the brick substrate using approved plugs and screws. Das Leibungselement wird in einer Länge von 665 mm und einer Leibungstiefe von 320 mm hergestellt. Durch die spezielle Konstruktion als Nut- und Federelement können mehrere Elemente formschlüssig aneinander gereiht werden. Leibungswinkelelemente dienen zu Herstellung von Fenster-, Tür- und Balkontürleibungen. Sie werden in den Fensterrahmen mittels mitgelieferten Schrauben befestigt. Leibungswinkelelemente bieten Befestigungsmöglichkeit für z.B. Jalousienführungsschienen, Rolladenführungsschienen usw.
