Aluminium substructure for back-ventilated facade systems
The aluminium substructure for back-ventilated facade systems are developed and sold by our subsidiary MAGE Alu Systems GmbH (MAS). www.magealusystems.com illustrates the individual systems and products of MAGE Alu Systems GmbH.
The key products are:
- extruded wall brackets MGFix in aluminium with integrated clamping spring and a projection of 40 mm to 270 mm. As medium at a height of 75 mm and as large in a width of 150 mm. Attachment holes with 11x22 mm round opening, 6.5 x 22 mm or also multiple holes upon request. Fitted with sliding point (slot cut-out) or fixed point attachment (round hole cut-out).
- distance element for MGFix by 60 mm. This allows for projections of up to 330 mm.
- MGFix for the horizontal mounting of L and T profiles.
- The MGFix can be also be used as suspension profiles in different lengths of 300 mm to 2,000 mm.
- wall bracket MG-Wood for the installation of wooden slats of 50 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm thickness.
- insulators for the MGFix Medium and MGFix Large in 5 mm and 10 mm wall thickness
- L and T profiles in aluminium in the most varied sizes and wall thicknesses
