Aluminium extrusion
  • the maximum profile cross sections depend on the alloy, wall thickness and profile type (hollow section, flat section, asymmetric section)
  • use of various alloys, such as EN AW 6060, EN AW 6063, AN AW 6101B, EN AW 6005 A, EN AW 6082 with different strengths (see table)
  • the length of the profiles depends on the profile width, profile weight and profile shape; in principle lengths up to 12.0 m are possible; shorter lengths are enabled on a separate saw
  • the length tolerances are inline 0/+10 mm; tighter tolerances
  • we extrude in accordance with the strictest standards EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2
  • ISO 9001:2008 certified production
  • wall thicknesses from min. 0.8 mm (12 MN extruder) or 1.3 mm (25 MN extruder) are possible
  • as profile weight we implement 50 gr/RM to 2.0 kg/RM (12 MN extruder) and 1.0 kg to 15.0 kg/RM (25 MN extruder)
